Hedwig

The LEGO® Hedwig (set 75979) is a 630-piece LEGO Harry Potter set released in 2020, capturing Harry's snowy owl mid-flight delivering a letter from Hogwarts. A hand-cranked mechanism at the rear drives the jointed wings up and down with a graceful, lifelike beating motion. The model spans over 13 inches wingtip to wingtip and over 7 inches beak to tail, with cleverly hinged wing joints that produce realistic feathered articulation. A detachable Harry Potter minifigure and a small Hedwig figure are included, completing the Hogwarts-letter scene on the integrated display stand. As one of the few mechanical motion-driven Harry Potter display sets, the working wing mechanism makes Hedwig genuinely come to life on the shelf.
