Pony Ranch & Stable

The LEGO® Pony Ranch & Stable (set 42654) is a 742-piece LEGO Friends set released in 2025, centered on a horse-care playset for the Heartlake characters. The ranch combines stables and living quarters with a working hay elevator that lifts bales between the floor, the cart, and the loft. Inside, a cozy living area sits beside the hayloft where the friends sleep above the stable. Four characters populate the ranch as minidolls and microdolls of Aliya, Liann, Victoria, and Ella, alongside three pony figures and a cat. The functional hay elevator is the central play mechanism that distinguishes this barn from the static stable sets common to the Friends theme.
