Galaxy Explorer

The LEGO® Galaxy Explorer (set 10497) is a 1,254-piece LEGO Icons set released in 2022, a 90th-anniversary upscaled tribute to the classic 1979 Galaxy Explorer (set 497). The blended delta-wing spaceship sits on 3 retractable landing legs and features opening rear doors with a retractable ramp to deploy the rover stowed in the rear compartment. The cockpit opens to reveal living quarters with 2 beds, computers, storage compartments, and seats for all 4 astronauts. Includes 4 astronaut minifigures and their robot helper, faithful to the original Classic Space color scheme. A nostalgic flagship for the Classic Space line.
